Ryan joined the department in late 2009 after working in Wisconsin.  As the department Chief Officer in charge of training, Ryan oversee's all aspects of training.  He has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and is also a Paramedic.  Ryan participates on the IMT 3 team for Washington State and is a board member for the Washington Fire Chief's Training and Safety Officers.  He also is the Assistant Conference Director for the Wisconsin EMS Association.  Please feel free to contact him if you have any questions or have any property and/or vehicle you would like to donate.
