Mark has been with the city of Pullman since October 1998. Prior to coming to Pullman, he was the IT Director for Smith Gardens, one of the 50 largest greenhouse grower in the U.S., with locations from Bellingham to Northern California. Mark has also been the Network Manager for the Whitcom Regional 911 Center since 2004 and serves as an advisory member on the Whitman County Emergency Communications Committee. He and his wife, Crystal, have a daughter and a son.

Rachel has worked for the city of Pullman since July 2008, where she provides computer technical support for the city's employees, as well as managing the city's government access cable channel (Time Warner Cable, channel 13). She is also the main Webmistress for this site, http://www.pullman-wa.gov.
