One of the specialized duty opportunities in the Pullman Police Department is College Hill Officer. The assigned Officer works proactively in the College Hill neighborhood near Washington State University. The College Hill Officer is a point of contact or liaison for neighborhood residents, and works proactively on nights and weekends to actively and cooperatively engage the vibrant community on College Hill.
The current College Hill Officer is Ruben Harris. Officer Harris graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice and has been serving with the Pullman Police Department since 1998.
