Currently, the Pullman Police Department provides the following services online:
For all City of Pullman parking tickets issued after April 1, 2012, you can now paythose tickets online with a credit or debit card by clicking here or going to www.citationprocessingcenter.com. Please be aware that there is a $3.50 transaction fee assessed on all online payments processed.
Tickets issued prior to April 1, 2012 will not be uploaded into the new processing center and will still need to be paid in person or by mail. For more information on paying parking tickets, please click here.

IMPORTANT: The online submittal process is ONLY for use by Pullman residents or Pullman businesses with business credit cards that have had fraudulent charges.
This form is ONLY for use after you have reported the credit card fraud to your bank AND the bank has de-activated your card. We do not intend to collect valid credit card data.
