Eastern WA Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit
The City of Pullman applied for and was granted coverage under the Eastern Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit which became effective February 16, 2007.
The Permit was issued by WA Dept. of Ecology and is renewable on a five year cycle. The next Permit is scheduled to be issued January 2012.
The Permit requires the City of Pullman to develop a Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) and implement the Program prior to the end of the current Permit cycle.
The Permit also requires the City to prepare annual reports confirming the status of Permit compliance. The annual reports are due to Ecology by March 31st of each year. The City of Pullman’s annual reports submitted to date can be viewed below.
